Fire Horse is Christmas red with a very huge green throat. Comes from an unintroduced Benz seedling, (Ed Marshall x Tetra Christmas Is), which was narrow.
What makes Fire Horse a standout is its very flat face. It passes this trait onto its children. It is very pod fertile. The very green throat comes from tetra Christmas Is and tetra Green Widow. I have a number of future introductions from Fire Horse. The best one is a flat faced 12 inch flower. Form is UFO crispate. It is a very showy garden plant...$100
