YELLOW HORNET

Yellow Hornet is an unusual cascade lemon yellow. Color of scapes is a very unusual black. Sorry that poor photo does not show this distinctive trait as I hoped. I have crossed the red foliage RED STREAKER kids with YELLOW HORNET in an attempt to get plants and scapes of different colors. I just planted the seeds. This is an untapped area of hybridizing. It has 4 way branching and 19 bud count. An important breeder for colored scapes. An outstanding garden cultivar. Fertile both ways $50
