YELLOW SLEDGEHAMMER   (James Gossard 2005)

Hanson SDL: [(Anastasia x Alpha Centauri x Omega Supreme) x (Twist of Lemon x Trimmer SDL: (Jungle Mask x Tetra Spindazzle))] Tet 42” Dormant, M, 7”
Yellow Sledgehammer is the sib to Yellow Finch. It is more of a golden yellow with a  green overcast. Photo was taken in the shade, my other shot is more crispate, but out of focus, this one shows more green. My most used pod parent for narrow forms with huge edges. Plants have deep blue green foliage, resistant to both spring sickness and leaf streak.  Flowers have 5 way branching with 30-bud count. Outstanding in a clump, a very good garden plant.  This unusual form also sports some ruffles and plenty of fringe. An exciting cultivar, which is seen across the garden. Its no wonder why I called it Yellow Sledgehammer, very fertile both ways.  $75
